1. Who provides the lessons

Lessons are provided by Lingvale OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "the school"). Company registration and VAT details are available on request. Booking a lesson or a pack means accepting these terms.

2. Requests and the placement call

A request submitted through this site is an enquiry, not a booking. No contract is formed until we confirm the lesson or pack in writing and, where applicable, payment is received. Prices and availability shown on the site are indicative and may change before confirmation.

The first 30-minute call is free and creates no obligation. After it we send a written plan with an estimated number of lessons. We may decline a booking if we believe we cannot help.

3. Lessons and packs

  • A lesson lasts 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Packs of 10 are valid for three months, packs of 20 for six months from the first lesson.
  • A pack can be frozen once, for up to one month, on request.
  • Packs and accounts are personal and cannot be shared.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling 12 hours or more before the lesson returns the slot to your pack. Later cancellations and no-shows count as a lesson taken — the time was reserved for you.

If we cancel, you choose a replacement slot or receive the lesson back, without conditions.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment is made in advance for the pack, by card or bank transfer; an invoice is issued for every payment. Unused lessons can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, less the lessons already taken and any payment fees. After 30 days unused lessons remain usable until the pack expires but are not refunded.

6. Recordings and materials

Lessons are recorded for your personal use. Recordings are available in your account and deleted on request. Teaching materials remain the property of the school and may not be redistributed.

7. Conduct

We may end cooperation without refund where a student is abusive to a teacher, records or shares lessons without consent, or uses the account for anything unlawful.

8. Liability

We do not guarantee a specific exam result or level within a fixed time: progress depends on work between lessons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the unused part of the relevant pack.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; if that fails, by the courts of Estonia.

10. Website

The site is provided for information. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw content at any time. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.
